Curried Crab and Lobster Cakes
|3 lbs. Blue Star Regular Lump Crabmeat||1 green pepper, diced finely|
|½ jar red pimento, diced finely||1 ½ teaspoon salt|
|½ teaspoon white pepper||2 raw eggs|
|1 cup mayonnaise||1 tablespoon dry mustard|
|Extra mayonnaise Paprika|
Combine everything in a mixing bowl except the Blue Star Crab Meat, lovster and panko crumbs. Taste the mixture for seasoning. Gently fold in Blue Star Crab Meat and lobster, careful not to break up the crabmeat too much. Fold in panko, adding enough so that the mixture is not too tight.
Form into 2 ½ ounce cakes and saute on both sides til golden brown.
