Jalapeño Crab Dip


1 lb. Blue Star Special Crab Meat½ teaspoon chopped garlic
½ cup chopped jalapenos½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ cup mayonnaise2 – 8 oz. packages cream cheese ( softened)
¼ cup dry white wine1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 green onions chopped2 ounces Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated
Salt and White pepper to taste


In a medium size mixing bowl combine softened cream cheese with garlic, jalapenos, worcestershire sauce, and mayonnaise. Heat over a double boiler until mixture is warm. Add white wine, lemon juice, onion, and parmgiano cheese. Mix well. Gently fold in Blue Star Special Crabmeat. Season to taste.

This recipe can be served hot or cold as well as piped onto crackers.
