Jalapeño Crab Dip
|1 lb. Blue Star Special Crab Meat||½ teaspoon chopped garlic|
|½ cup chopped jalapenos||½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce|
|½ cup mayonnaise||2 – 8 oz. packages cream cheese ( softened)|
|¼ cup dry white wine||1 teaspoon lemon juice|
|2 green onions chopped||2 ounces Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated|
|Salt and White pepper to taste|
In a medium size mixing bowl combine softened cream cheese with garlic, jalapenos, worcestershire sauce, and mayonnaise. Heat over a double boiler until mixture is warm. Add white wine, lemon juice, onion, and parmgiano cheese. Mix well. Gently fold in Blue Star Special Crabmeat. Season to taste.
This recipe can be served hot or cold as well as piped onto crackers.
